Incentive Ideas

Whilst many have been furloughed over the last few months, many more people have worked incredibly hard, to achieve targets and worked in tough sales environment.  We have all adapted and changed and shifted again and again.  Many more teams and individuals have gone above and beyond what would normally be expected of them.

Thousands of people have been keeping themselves motivated and working from home.  Many have not seen their whole team or even part of it for months.  New people have come in.  May be now is the time to bring those people together, to catch-up to enjoy reconnecting with others and to reward some of those exceptional people.

Once upon a time, meeting up at the airport and heading to a far flung location was a great option but now, with additional testing, ensuring everyone is jabbed and getting everyone home safely is more challenging than it used to be.  Fortuntely, we have unique options for you here in the Heart of Kent.

Headcorn Aerodrome is a short journey from many of our hotels and can offer exclusive and unique experiences in their twin cockpit Spitfire.  This is the only place in the world your can fly in the Battle of Britain skies over the White Cliffs of Dover.  Taking off in a Tiger Moth and feeling the wind in your face flying in the great outdoors is a unique experience to be treasured.
