The best suppliers will get book up, so make sure that band or DJ you really want is booked. Find the caterer that will serve the type of food you want. Take advice for your venue as they will have knowledge of reliable suppliers. Is there a particular photographer you want? Also consider the day of the week if you intend to have specialist hair and makeup and book it well in advance
