Coronation Square can be found outside the Lockmeadow Entertainment Complex and is a large flat, paved area, with the River Medway to the east and an adjoined car park to the south. The flat and open nature of the space is perfect for events that need hard standing, with the location being particularly useful for Winter events such as Christmas markets.
The site is fully serviced by toilets and catering within the complex.
Ticketing this area is difficult as barriers would be neccessary as well as access needing to remain for the footpath running alongside the river. Bollard barriers are in place, therefore to gain access to this space for an event, booking will be needed.
