The River Park Nature Trail is free for anyone to use and find out a bit more about the wildlife and habitats which exist along the river. There are 20 posts to find and each has a small plaque with a QR code for more information. On top of the post is a zinc plaque for children to create a wax crayon rubbing. Please bring your own crayons and paper. Each post is in a location has been specially chosen in a place where you are likely to see the depicted wildlife or signs of that wildlife.
The River Park Trail will be open from 26th March 2022.

Creating this trail has been possible because of the Governments, Welcome Back Fund in conjunction with the European Regional Devleopment Fund. Thanks must also go to Maidstone River Park and the Medway Valley Countryside Partnership for their untiring efforts to achieve this project for everyone to enjoy.
