We have a highly successful track record in co-ordinating and hosting all types of events, from small board meetings to conferences of up to 200 delegates. We can accommodate trade fairs, exhibitions, training courses, networking events and multi-room seminars.
The Weald of Kent has onsite parking for 200 cars. Our Hotel and Lodge have 35 double/twin rooms offering comfortable on-site accommodation for delegates.
Quality evening meals and full breakfasts are also available within conference packages. We offer inclusive day delegate and 24-hour delegate rates or we can build bespoke conference packages to suit your requirements.

Our clubhouse has four fully air-conditioned conference rooms, mainly on ground floor level. The glass walls in the Lakeside and Waterside rooms offer excellent natural daylight and views over the Weald of Kent golf course and lakes.
The Lakeside Room is a larger square room suitable for up to 130 delegates. It can be accessed from it’s own entrance and has glass frontage with views towards the 9th green and lake.
The Waterside Room is positioned on the corner of the building with glass frontage on two sides, offering panoramic views over the golf course and lakes, direct access to the patio area and is suitable for up to 70 delegates.
The Lakeside and Waterside Room Combined Package gives space and flexibility for up to 200 delegates with the advantages of natural light, stunning views, separate entrance and facilities.
The Ridge Room, situated on the first floor, has been recently fully refurbished to a high standard and is a well proportioned room for up to 30 delegates.
