There will be plenty of inspiration at each of the exhibitions for anyone thinking of building a home from scratch or extending or renovating an existing property.

Organised by Britain's longest running self build magazine the 'Build It Live' exhibitions will take place in Kent, Oxfordshire and Exeter in 2025.

Bringing Build It magazine to life, 'Build It Live' is the UK's most practical and focused self build show designed to provide face-to-face inspiration with thousands of products and expert advice all under one roof. First time self builders will also be sharing their own self build journeys in a series of seminars.

Free invaluable advice will be available from the shows experts so save on consultancy fees and bring along your plans to discuss with Build It's experts.

Road Directions

From the M20 Motorway, exit the motorway at junction 7 and follow signs to Sittingbourne, Sheerness A249.
Follow the A249 for approximately 2 miles, the Kent Event Centre and Kent Showground are clearly signposted on the left-hand side after the brow of the hill.

From the M2 Motorway, exit the motorway at junction 5 signposted (M20) Maidstone A249.
Follow the A249 for approximately 5 miles. Please be aware that cars are unable to cross over the carriage way to the Showground on the right-hand side of the road.
Visitors will need to carry on along the A249 to the roundabout at the bottom of Detling hill, then follow the M20 directions above.
