Whilst located in the heart of the Kent countryside, the accommodation is in reach of all the top attractions such as Leeds Castle - perfect for those wanting to explore.   

After a busy day exploring the beautiful nearby woods, or taking in the view  of the acres of fields from the private garden and patio, relax and unwind with the best of creature  comforts including underfloor heating and TV's and DVD's in every room!

Hay Fields

A spacious open plan luxury holiday home which has been beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. If you have friends or family in the area or staying in one of our other holiday homes, Hay Fields has impressive dining for eight! 

The property has under floor heating with two bedrooms both with luxury superking size zip-link beds which can be slip to become singles, the master bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and shower above. There is a large ground floor shower room, the 2nd bedroom is also on the ground floor. 

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.  The table can accommodate up to 8 dining.  Flat screen freeview TVs/DVDs are in the lounge and bedrooms. The property has WiFi access.

It has its own garden and patio overlooking the fields where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunset. Change over day is normally Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is from 4pm and departure by 10am.

Harvest View

Beauifully decorated and furnished to a high standard thoughout.  There is a ground floor shower room, a family bathroom on the first floor along with a large master bedroom with a luxury super king size zip-link bed and a second bedroom with twin beds suitable for children of all ages.

The kitchen area has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. There are flat screen freeview TVs/DVDs in the lounge and both bedrooms   WiFi access. Bedlinen & towels supplied.

Sit out on the patio and watch the beauitiful sunset. Change over day is flexible, depending on availability.  Arrival time is from 4pm and departure by 10am.

Tilmangate Barn

Surrounded by woodland, orchards and arable farmland complete with grazing sheep, this is the perfect relaxing holiday venue. Tilmangate Barn is a spacious barn conversion that is airy and bathed in natural light.

The pretty double bedroom decorated in soft ivory is bright, with high ceilings, exposed beams and a lovely view over the farmland. There is also a charming single bedroom suitable for one other guest. You will also find a seperate bathroom, kitchen, living area whose sofas can accommodate for another sleeping facility. 

From the lounge. large patio doors open out into the delightful courtyard garden, filled with colourful pots, shrubs and flowers. It has a raised patio area for entertaining or simply just to relax with your views of the unspoilt countryside providing the perfect backdrop to your stay.
