Dining in the elegant setting of the Chilston Park Hotel is delightful but head chef Adrian Martin has taken taste to a spectacular level and beautiful food is delivered with creative flair. Top quality ingredients are sourced from local farmers and growers to create the highest quality food, delivering an authentic dining experience. The Culpeper Restaurant has earned 2AA Rosettes for its vibrant seasonal dishes.
Dining alfresco on the Culpeper Terrace over looking the lake and tranquil gardens and grounds is a relaxing experience. Here you can enjoy freshly baked pizza, a sharing platter or a sumptuous Hand Picked gourmet cheese burger. The Terrace is open from 11.00am - 8.00pm daily, and advance booking is essential.
Depending on the season enjoy afternoon tea in the popular Marble Lounge or alfresco on the Culpeper Terrace. Choose one of the finest leaf teas to accompany the wonderful selection of sandwiches and cakes. Afternoon tea's can be ordered with a glass of Champagne or freshly brewed coffee. There is no better place in Kent than this historic hotel to enjoy this treat. An interesting afternoon tea, takeaway menu can also be ordered.
