The Boathouse is a pub set right on the banks of the River Medway in beautiful rural surroundings.
Arrving by car? The Boathouse is around 20 minutes’ drive from Maidstone, and around 20 minutes’ drive from Tonbridge. We have a large private car park offering 24 spaces.
Arriving by boat? The Boathouse is a perfectly located mooring spot at Twyford Bridge just before Hampstead Lock for those exploring the picturesque waterways of Kent. We offer a number of boat moorings, along with a custom-built kayak store.
Arriving by train? The Boathouse is located just half a mile from Yalding Railway Station, less than a 10 minute walk
