Christopher Horton – poet and host
Christopher Horton's poems have appeared in The North, Poetry London, Poetry Wales, The Spectator, New Welsh Review, Ambit, Iota, Magma, SOUTH, The Wolf, Stand, Frogmore Papers, and in anthologies with Penned in the Margins, Broken Sleep Books, tall-lighthouse and Days of Roses. He has written poetry reviews for the London Magazine and Poetry London. His pamphlet, Perfect Timing, was released by tall-lighthouse press in 2021.
Maggie Harris
Maggie Harris is a poet, prose writer, and visual artist. Originally from Guyana, she recently relocated to Kent after 10 years in Wales. She attended Kent University as a mature student, achieving a BA and MA, and started her career performing, running workshops and teaching creative writing. She has worked for Kent Arts & Libraries, represented Kent in Europe and was International Teaching Fellow at Southampton University.
Dorothy Lehane
Dorothy Lehane is the author of seven poetry publications. Until the summer of 2023, she was a Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Kent, where she worked for 13 years. She has performed her work at prestigious venues including the Sorbonne University, BBC Kent, the Science Museum, the Wellcome Library, and the Poetry Library.
Jessica Mookherjee
Jessica Mookherjee is a poet of Bengali heritage. She was brought up in Mumbles, Wales but now lives in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Her book Tigress (Nine Arches Press) was shortlisted as best second collection in the Ledbury Munthe Prize in 2021. Her book Notes from a Shipwreck was published by Nine Arches Press in 2022, and in 2023 Broken Sleep Books published her long poetic London poem ‘Desire Lines’. Jessica is a board member of the Poetry Society and a Co-Editor of Against the Grain Poetry Press.
