An inspiring, uplifting and unique opportunity to celebrate music, family and community in the heart of Maidstone.

This unique collaboration is taking place in the Royal Star Arcade for its first year. Families and shoppers have the opportunity to watch up to 30 talented emerging local vocalists, some as young as 8yrs to others over 40yrs. Songs include Musical Theatre, Rock, Funk, Pop, to name a few and not forgetting a Christmas Choir.

During the day there is a chance to explore the range of stalls, try your luck on the Tombola, take a moment to hang a prayer on the tree or indulge from the restaurants.

With the daytime being more relaxed, the evening changes gear. From 5pm, a 3-piece band, featuring local professional musicians and a mix of vocalists will entertain the crowd and the bars will remain open.

Ultimately, hardworking charity MADM is the driving force behind the day. It is vital to keep fundraising and raising awareness so they can keep making a difference to people's lives. Local services and charities will also be there to make new connections.

Each performer has trained with Krystina Vocals, a local independent 1-1 vocal coach. During Covid, Krystina volunteered at the MADM shop on Church Street. Still a friend and huge supporter of Amanda Sidwell, the founder of MADM, it then became their joint mission with help from the Royal Star Arcade to create this inclusive event All proceeds from the day will go in to the charity. It is truly a community effort in the spirit of Christmas
